Georgie Howard Operations Director
As Operations Director, Georgie oversees BAU support service delivery, risk, compliance, and business operational activities for Silverbear. A member of the Silverbear team since 2012, Georgie has worked with LIVE customers to deliver on our support promise ensuring customer-first support services are delivered to the highest standard. Since then Georgie has grown the Silverbear BAU Support service team and offering, working closely with project management and account management teams to deliver on a variety of projects. Georgie continues to develop support service offering, reducing risk, improving compliance and provide an improved customer experience to deliver a world-class customer-first service offering.
Susan Baldassarre Head of Project Management
Susan is the Head of Project Management for Silverbear and leads and supports our team of project managers. As part of our Delivery Leadership team, Susan ensures the standards of our end-to-end delivery methodology and project management best practice are developed and maintained. Susan brings rich prior experience working directly for non-profit organisations managing PM teams and digital transformation programmes.
Neil Owen Head of Consultancy
Neil is the Head of Consultancy for Silverbear, in which he supports our expert team of consultants and trainers. He joined the Silverbear Support team in 2015, before progressing into a consultancy role. There he has been working with a variety of associations and unions to deliver digital transformation projects. Now in his new role, Neil is working to ensure our processes are delivered at the highest standards to our customers.
Jack Travis Scrum Master
Jack joined Silverbear Support in 2017 from university. He soon became a valued member of the team, tackling a wide variety of client issues whilst completing a software development apprenticeship. As a result, Jack transitioned into QA, playing a vital role in improving this area to such an extent that he was later made Head of QA. He went onto run a dedicated team who help customers build upon the class-leading solution they created in their project phase with Silverbear, before moving into his new role as Scrum Master.
Jenni Morrison Client Engagement Manager
As part of the Client Engagement team, Jenni has involvement with all customers through their Silverbear journey. She participates actively in the pre-sales engagements ensuring prospects are satisfied the Silverbear product is the right fit for them and through a series of monthly updates and fortnightly live webinars existing customers are kept up to speed with new functionality, quick tips and suggestions. Prior to joining Silverbear in August 2015, Jenni focused her career on software systems training and is still the office go-to expert on weird and wonderful Excel formulae.
Kaypreet Kandola Project Analyst
Kay started off as a Project Administrator with the Project Management team before moving to the her new position as a Project Analyst within the Project Operations Team. Kay is passionate about helping others achieve their goals, has great time management skills and in her current role she gathers and interprets data to develop actionable steps that will help improve the processes set out for Project Delivery.
Nelson Verde IT Operations Manager
Nelson is the Operations Team Lead for Silverbear and has supported multi-national companies with their on-prem and on-line environments, as well as being involved in several compliance areas such as GDPR, Cyber Essentials and ITIL.
Manisha Chulani Data Migration Developer
Manisha strives for quality and efficient customer service through her technical expertise. Having joined Silverbear 2nd line support as a product specialist, she moved quickly into the role of Support Team lead before her current role as a Data Migration Developer. With 5 years’ experience in software development, data analyst and support, she enthusiastically applies these skills whilst investigating complex incidents. Providing solutions using cutting edge development tools and a thorough knowledge of all areas of Silverbear 365, Manisha is certified in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Dynamics 365 Online Deployment and Customer Services.
Tom Booth Functional Consultant
Tom joined Silverbear in 2017 and since then has gained a lot of knowledge and experience with Silverbear 365. Tom started off working in the support team and was previously Support Team Lead before becoming a functional consultant. Tom is certified in Dynamics 365 and is a Power Platform functional consultant. He has a great relationship with customers and provides excellent service, which he carries into the Functional Consultant role.
Jeremy Jalie Business Development Director
Jeremy is Business Development Director at Silverbear where he works with a variety of associations and charities. Jeremy brings insights into data management, supporter engagement, and strategic use of technology and digital marketing in not-for-profit businesses. Jeremy spent ten years working for international NGO Vision Aid Overseas. He held a variety of roles at the charity including Communications Director and latterly Development Director with overall responsibility for income generation. Jeremy has broad experience in fundraising management including individual giving, applications to trusts and foundations and corporate partnerships. He has worked closely with trustees and volunteers on strategy and governance issues.
Marek Hill Senior Project Manager
Marek joined Silverbear as a Project Manager in 2017, having managed projects in Hospitality and Digital Cinema. He has 10+ years’ experience delivering successful outcomes, managing change, and transitioning projects into Business as Usual with extensive knowledge of the full project lifecycle using Prince2, ITIL Certified, Agile methodologies and CSM (SCRUM) framework. His strong communication and client service skills enhance Silverbear’s process-driven management philosophy. Outside of work, Marek can regularly be found at the nearest crag.
Daisy Reilly Senior Support Analyst
Daisy started at Silverbear in 2018 on front-line support, followed by a short period in marketing where she realised there was something about customer services she preferred, so returned to support. After another year she began training new starters and quickly progressed to a second line position. Whether handling ticket reviews or escalating priority cases, she is continually learning on a daily basis. Daisy is currently in the process of becoming a product specialist, training team members and working on escalated tickets.
Jack Garland Senior Support Analyst
Jack started at Silverbear in 2021 as a member of second line support, and in just under a year he was promoted to a position as Senior Support Analyst. This role involves the added responsibility of training new starters which he enjoys and takes on with enthusiasm. Whether handling ticket reviews or escalating priority cases, Jack is continually learning not just about the Silverbear product but also about life.
